Anita Temares, Director of Business and Website Development

Media executive Anita Temares' career spans more than 20 years in the broadcasting and publishing industries. Ms. Temares, a graduate of the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, began her career in New York as a Page on NBC-TV's "Saturday Night Live". While as a Page, she also worked for WNBC-TV's publicity department writing press releases. She then became an NBC Unit Manager Assistant before moving to ABC Television. At ABC, she worked in News and Special Events production, before becoming a Commercial Coordinator. Ms. Temares then migrated to the print side of media as a sales representative, illustrator and copywriter before returning to television. Following a stint as Licensing Coordinator at Children's Television Workshop, she joined US Cable where she developed marketing campaigns to increase subscribership.
